Fees may vary depending on the square footage, location and floor plan and are subject to change without notice or obligation. Fees include, but are not limited to, colorcoordinated
décor with carpeting, paint, draperies and Move-In Coordinator's services. Monthly service fees are subject to annual increases per resident agreement.
Entrance fee is refundable based upon straight line amortization for periods of 40 to 60 months, depending on circumstances.
*Contractual information is available upon request for differences between contracts. Agreement entailing no entrance fee with a result of higher monthly fees is available.
