Skilled Nursing
For specialized needs, our skilled nursing center provides 24-hour services for respite, hospice and long-term care. Convalescent and rehabilitation services are also available. Each skilled nursing resident is closely monitored by our caring staff to help ensure comfort and recovery. LVNs are always on duty with an RN on call.
Our services cover the essential tasks of daily life, such as:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Dietary/Feeding assistance
- Personal hygiene
- Ambulation
- Toileting
- Therapy as needed
- Activity programs
- Medicine Management
We also manage nasogastric or G-tubes and mild to moderate dementia or Alzheimer’s. We do not manage IVs, PICClines, ventilators or respirators.
Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are available under Medicare Part B.
